All items from Gifts for Gymnasts are made to order, meaning each product is created especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, processing times apply before your item is dispatched.
Every item is made to order using trusted independent UK print partners, helping us focus on quality.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 5-10 working days.
During busy periods (such as Christmas or promotions), this may take slightly longer.
Orders are dispatched once production is complete.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International orders may occasionally be subject to customs charges or import fees depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer. If an international order is refused, unclaimed or returned due to unpaid charges, we may be unable to offer a refund as all items are made to order specifically for each customer.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or events outside our control. However, if your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Order changes
As all items are made to order, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.
