Payment is taken at the time of order.

Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed as production begins shortly after purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & cancellations

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

In line with UK consumer regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to made-to-order goods.
