These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Gifts for Gymnasts through giftsforgymnasts.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Gifts for Gymnasts is a UK-based small business offering gymnastics clothing, gifts and accessories.

Products
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and, where products are printed or made individually, there may be small variations in positioning, colour or appearance.
Please check product descriptions, sizing information and any personalisation details carefully before ordering.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
The price payable is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.
Payment is taken at the time of order.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund for the affected item.
Personalised products
Please check all names, wording, spelling and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if a personalised product is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error with the personalisation.
Cancellations and returns
For most non-personalised products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please contact us at info@giftsforgymnasts.shop within the 14-day cancellation period if you wish to cancel.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Unless the product is faulty or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Returned products should be handled only as much as you would reasonably be able to handle them in a shop. We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced through unnecessary handling.
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right where the law permits.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
All products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at info@giftsforgymnasts.shop as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the problem.
We will deal with faulty or incorrect goods in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, repair or replacement.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
Where a refund is due following cancellation, we will process it in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will also meet reasonable return costs where required by law.

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you, or to a person or place you have agreed.

Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any conditions stated with the offer.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to previous orders.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect orders already accepted.
Intellectual property
The designs, graphics, logos, photographs, written content and other original material appearing on the Gifts for Gymnasts website remain the property of Gifts for Gymnasts or their respective rights holders.
They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without permission.
Website information
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices and other information accurate and up to date. Occasionally, errors may occur.
If we discover an error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, give you the option of proceeding with the corrected information or receiving a refund.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits any rights you have under consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for losses relating to business use where you purchased the product as a consumer.

We process your personal information in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms & Conditions applying to your purchase will be those in force when you place your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the UK, you will also retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live.
