Refund Policy
Returns & Cancellations
We hope you love your Gifts for Gymnasts order. If you need to return an item, the following policy applies.
Standard, non-personalised items.
If you purchase a standard, non-personalised item online, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please email info@giftsforgymnasts.shop within 14 days of delivery to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Returned items should be handled only as you would reasonably handle them when examining an item in a shop. We may reduce the refund if the value of an item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.
Personalised items
Items that have been made to your individual specification or clearly personalised, including products printed with a name or other customer-requested personalisation, cannot normally be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@giftsforgymnasts.shop as soon as possible, including your order number and details of the problem.
If the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have sent you the wrong item, your statutory consumer rights apply. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.
Refunds
Where you exercise your right to cancel a standard, non-personalised order, we will refund the price paid for the returned item and the cost of our standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned, as applicable.
